Established in 2012, Kanttila Management (formerly known as IOA Management) was founded under the leadership of Kalle Kanttila as an international agency for Opera Singers, with offices in Munich & Helsinki. The agency has since then experienced strong growth, and now represents a diverse portfolio of Singers, Conductors, and Stage Directors. Kanttila Management has developed industry leading connections with Opera Houses throughout Germany - such as the Deutsche Oper Berlin and Bayerische Staatsoper - but also throughout Europe and abroad: representing singers for houses such as the Metropolitan Opera, London Covent Garden, Royal Opera Stockholm, Danish Royal Opera, Paris National Opera, Finnish National Opera, Maggio Musicale di Firenze, Teatro Massimo di Palermo, Glyndebourne Festival, Mariinsky Theater, Opera Tenerife, Teatro Real Madrid, Gran Teatre del Liceu Barcelona, Opera Lyon - to name just a few.

Despite its evolving size, Kanttila Management remains committed to representing a limited number of musicians, ensuring that each artist is offered maximal attention and exposure, and a bespoke level of care.
